Ruby Santiago has stars in her eyes. She likes creating vibrant, dreamy artwork and now leads a charmed existence at Madame Lazonga's Tattoo. She has an eye for just about any style but her favorite creations are usually a balance of realism and fantasy, using painterly and textural techniques.

Ruby began drawing at an early age and started painting over a decade ago. A friend told her about an opportunity to apprentice to tattoo in 2002 and after apprenticing she worked in the traditional street shop environment for some time before making the move to Madame Lazonga's. The move has been extremely successful and she is excited to be able to create more fantastic and larger works. She appreciates hard work , good humor, and the professional and sharing environment she is now a part of.
